Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

It's too hot to play outside so I thought I'd work with the kiddos on making a liturgical wheel. Does anyone have directions online anywhere?

We've had a few posts here in the past on making Calendar Wheels. I don't think anyone has come up with online directions. Here's one compilation of threads but just typing liturgical wheel or liturgical calendar in the search will give you a lot of hits.

I know there are instructions in CHC's A Year with God.

One mom made her own by tracing an older calendar wheel from Liturgy Training Publications. I can't remember who that was and where the post is. She had great directions.

And there is some free software, but it will take some time to input all the dates to make your wheel.
