Thanks to Elizabeth on her Gardening Blog, I made my way to Target today and found all sorts of child sized gardening implements. Half an aisle was dedicated to children's gardening tools, in both girl and boy colors. Besides hand tools, there are boots, hats, gloves, gardening bags, bug catchers, butterfly nets...a whole array. I'm excited to get something just the right size for my little one.

I also saw some great durable tools at Southern States, like a small rake a hoe, but my ds is a bit short and young yet for these.

I don't shop much, so I was excited to find a local source. Thanks again, Elizabeth!
