Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

KathrynUK and Mary G. pointed me in the right direction.

Don't miss Lissa's wonderful entry today on Nuts, Bolts and Pegs which give a really good view running the homeschooling day.

And thanks to Leonie who shared the Pegs system in the first place.

I just want to add my three cheers to Leonie's peg system. It has brought order and peace of mind in my otherwise seemingly haphazard, chaotic lifesyle. There is even rhythm in my strewing and the atmosphere is delightful and comforting.

It's great to see how natural rhythm has played out in different households. Thanks for sharing Lissa!

I have been meaning to thank you Lissa. I finally understand what y'all are talking when you talk of pegs.

Great post - thanks Lissa!

What I love about pegs is how flexible they are - as my children have grown older, and after every move, it is easy to move around and play with our pegs.

BTW, in the Eyres book "Three Steps To A Strong Family" there is a good description of more formalized pegs.

We don't formalize ours at all but it was nice to read of another family's description of pegs in their day.

As I enjoyed reading Lissa's.
