Yesterday I was down with a migraine, stomach bug and fever....today I have a migraine medicine hangover.
Please say a little prayer to help me through the day...two days down are two days too many...

I hope you are much better. I haven 't had a migraine in a while, but boy, when I do, it is so tough. Then, I hear the kids starting in with bickering, and it makes it worse. Hang in there! Bridget

So glad you are feeling better, Joann. Migraines are so debilitating. I suffered from them for years until I made the connection between my consumption of coffee and migraines (even decaf would trigger them). Oddly, I can drink any amount of black tea that I want and never suffer, so I know that it's not the caffeine that causes them. Since them I've read articles that link the oil in the coffee bean itself to negative effects within the neurological nervous system... Interesting.
