Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Has anyone seen or created a set of Baltimore Catechism flash cards (the original Baltimore Catechism - not the St. Joseph ones). I'm about to embark on this project, but thought I should ask around first to save my sanity (or what little is left of it anyway ).

I DO have a set of timeline cards for anyone doing CHC's first grade Bible history project - I have two sets - one is a set of images identical to those in the Bible itself (one for every story, not just those assigned by CHC) and the second set is a variety of styles of artwork representing each story.
I'll post it on my blog soon.

Amy asked a similar question recently and based on the responses it doesn't look like anyone was familiar with a resource like you describe.

I did find another old thread where JennyMaine indicated she was going to be making some flash cards in powerpoint.

Keeping this bumped in case there is someone aware of flash cards for the BC.

Printable here

Maybe something at Catechetical Resources

and if you join this group you can listen to mp3's of the questions being recited.

Thisbrilliant lady may give you some ideas.........

and here at St Anne's Helper they don't have flashcards, but fabulous copywork books. We just started with it recently and we love it.

Oooooh - that flashcard machine set is a treasure trove!

But alas, I think I keep asking/looking for things that don't exist, so I'll have to make them myself - I just want to get started on them! We're not using the St. Joseph Catechisms yet, and will likely not "memorize" those ones as we're doing the original BC in alternating years, with the activities from the St. Joseph ones in the other years.
