Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Yes!!!! This was a great casserole! We had it for Easter brunch and it was a BIG hit!

I didn't have REAL maple syrup, so I increased the maple syrup a bit. It was YUMMY and everyone loved it!

My family loves cereal, but we only buy the "off brand" and have it on school mornings.. so Mon-Thurs.

On Fridays, we leave for morning mass and usually have a banana, yogurt, or a quick glass of milk.

On Saturdays, we "cook' breakfast... like pancakes and such

On Sundays, we always have eggs fixed any way (omelets, fried, scrambled) and anything else we want like homemade danishes. I love the Barefoot Contessa Family cookbook, it has delicious breakfast recipes which help make our Sunday mornings seem special.
